REG[5.4.0 - 5.4.1]: drag-and-drop reordering in QListWidget/QTreeWidget causes items to disappear

      On Windows 8.1 and Windows 7, drag-and-drop reordering of the items in a QListWidget causes the dragged items to disappear. This is a regression from Qt5.4.0.

      1. Run the attached minimal example on Windows.
      2. Try to reorder the items in the QListWidget using drag-and-drop.
      3. The dragged item disappears.

      This works fine on Mac. I didn't test any other platforms.
