It would be nice to have a property defining which of the items will be resized when you resize the whole SplitView/window. For example if there is a SplitView with three items: 2 side bars and the middle part and you want to resize only the middle part when resizing the window. And it should be possible to define min and max bounds to the primarily resized item, and it doesn't need to have fillWidth/fillHeight true.
