Create temporary build output (eg. output from moc) under /epoc32/build on Symbian OS

    • Symbian OS, any version using abld

      Temporary output (ie. any intermediate products generated by a build) are normally written to a directory under /epoc32/build in Symbian OS. The current config for moc on Symbian OS is to write moc'ed files to <component>\tmp\moc\debug_shared. It would be nice to have all build products in one place so you could simply delete the directory to get back to a clean state.
