Qml ListView and GridView element drag down problem

    Description

      The ListView element cant' drag down when the content is on top.But quick drag down is ok,I think it's "flickable".The GridView element has the same problem.
      In the Qt 5.4 version it's work ok.You can try the listview demo compare with Qt 5.5.0 RC.
      Sorry for my bad english.Hope you understand my bug description.
