dumpcpp and MetaObjectGenerator::readClassInfo do not handle win64

    Description

      64bit dlls appear to register themselves in

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\<GUID>\<ver>\0\win64

      Such registry paths are not scanned by dumpcpp and MetaObjectGenerator::readClassInfo.

      Tested with 5.4.1, looking at code seems to apply to 5.5.0 also.
