BLE: device discovery not supported on Windows?

    Description

      Hi,

      void QBluetoothDeviceDiscoveryAgent::start() does not work on Windows 8.1. I get the following error message:
      "Device discovery not supported on this platform"

      Is it supposed to happen on Qt 5.5 RC?
