Missing Qt5Positioning DLLs for msvc2012

      The all new Qt 5.5.0 (at least the msvc2012 32-bit component) is lacking the DLLs
      Qt5Positioning.dll
      Qt5Positioningd.dll

      Thus Qt5Sensors.dll will fail to load.
