The config.status file is only generated within qtbase, despite I configured the project as a whole from qt5. This is bad because when I want to trigger a reconfiguration, I need to actually copy the command line from qtbase/config.status and remove the qtbase/ part in the path, rather than simply configuring the whole project.

I might be doing something wrong, I'll be happy to know what's the recommended way to reconfigure otherwise.
