Windows: [REG 4.8->5.X] QLineEdit cursor is hidden if blinking rate is zero

      In windows open the control panel and find the keyboard settings
      Change the "Cursor blink rate" to none.
      Launch application with QLineEdit (attached)
      Press mouse on QLineEdit and see that cursor is missing.
      Try same on QTextEdit and see that cursor is visible.
