Drag and Drop dock widgets to floating QDockWidget's

      in Qt 5.6, there is the new QMainWindow::GroupedDragging mode.
      This allows to have floating tabs of QDockWidgets. But it is not possible to drag dockwidget on floating windows to merge them.
