    Description

Arabic diacritics overlap the letter (or render in wrong place) when using "Noto Naskh Arabic" and "Noto Naskh Arabic UI" fonts.
This happens only with the new HarfBuzz library, the old one renders everything (for this font) correctly.

      Text used: "مَثَلًا هَذَا نَصٌّ لِ للتجِرِبِة "
First image (notoFontHarakat1.png) is how the new HarfBuzz renders the text using "Noto Naskh Arabic" font. (Wrong)
Second image (notoFontHarakat2.png) is how the new HarfBuzz renders the text using "Amiri" font. (Correct)
Third image (notoFontHarakat3.png) is how the old HarfBuzz renders the text using "Noto Naskh Arabic" font. (Correct)
