      [REG 5.4->5.5]: When pressing ALT while a menu is open then it should close the existing menu. For example in the application example if you do:

      ALT + F

      then the file menu is open. Doing ALT + F again should cause it to be reopened, but what happens now is that it ends up being in the wrong state on the menubar.
