Now, that we have the new JavaScript engine, configuring with "-no-script" is a huge time saver. Especially when doing a Hardware build.
However, the Qt.pkg will always install QtScript.dll (which fails if it was not built).

The Dlls for svg, phonon, webkit and openvg are only installed if respective features were configured. Script could really need the same treatment.
