Crash in XCB Backend after display turned off/on

    Description

      If I have some Qt 5.5.0 based application open (or some Qt 5.4.x) and disconnect my display and connect it again (intel graphics driver, X11, XCB backend), often the Qt application crashs with the following backtrace leading to the XCB backend:
