Some widgets miss the focus rect on Mac OS X

    Description

      On Mac OS X, the standard text inputs, and the equivalent of QTableWidget, have the blue focus rect around them.

      With Qt, the QTableView, and QTextEdit/QPlainTextEdit do not have the focus rect.
