Although it's possible to suppress the ANGLE fallback with --no-angle, as far as I can tell there's no way to block opengl32sw.dll from being copied.
A --no-opengl-sw flag would be helpful for deploying applications which absolutely depend on native desktop GL and don't benefit from the fallbacks.
