      MOVE and DEL_FILE are not defined when Raptor processes the prj_extensions from the bld.inf, so don't work (we should probably provide all the tools that the old extension makefile did, but those two cause the problem)

      DEL_DIR is also supported in SBSv1, as is XCOPY - decide whether these are needed in SBSv2.
