Some make targets that aren't files, eg. compiler_svgnames_a_make_all, are being expanded to filenames in dependancies, meaning that Raptor complains it can't find them

They also need to be generated as targets in their own right - in this case they are targets with no build commands, just another dependancy (it's some clever hack in the webkit pro files to work around qmake extra compiler limitations).
