      • We open a menu by pressing the left mouse button over a qToolButton
      • Move the mouse (without having released the mouse button) to a menu entry item
      • Then release the button
The action does not get triggered!
This is different if i relase the button right after the menu appears and the menu entry item is triggered by an own mouse press and then release click.

The bug seems not to be related to the current version of Mac OSX.

We have prepared a little example of a main-window and attached it. We've also compiled this example with Qt 4.8 and it worked fine.

This behaviour was described already in QtQTBUG-43225, but this was closed without any changes to the source code.
