Enable serialport module compile with Android binaries

I know that serial port module is not supported under Android, but you could at least enable include & compilation so that a multi-platform project does not need conditional compilation here and there every time QSerialPort class and related are used in the source.
In other words, you could apply the same policy you're using with bluetooth module for windows: not supported but could be successfully included and compiled.
