Scroll bar jump randomly without focus on the application

    • ArchLinux up to date running with KDE plasma 5.4

      If the application have the focus, I do not have any problem with scrolling.

      But If the application doesn't have the focus, the scrolling may jump randomly.
      Currently I can very easily reproduce it with QtCreator, a little more difficult with kate, and cannot reproduce it with konsole.

      To be able to reproduce it more easily, I am using a G500s Logitech mouse with free scrolling.

      I don't think this is related to QTBUG-42415 but may be related to QTBUG-40829
