winrt: Sometimes new windows are drawn double size or not at all

      Steps:
      1. Run attached qml on Windows Phone
      2. Tap screen
      Expected: Combo box drop down pops out with proper size.
      Actual: Sometimes drop down is double size or not shown at all.

      Most like race condition in Angle.
