QQmlApplicationEngine shows white screen when switching to fullscreen during runtime

    Description

      I have an Qml Application that toggles between fullscreen and normal mode during runtime. I change the window mode by setting the visibility property of ApplicationWindow item.

      While transitioning between visibility modes, the screen flickers, becoming white for few miliseconds. Might be related to QTBUG-38960
