Scrolling causes repaint issues with QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO

    Description

      Scrolling in a scrollable widget (such as a ScrollView or long ComboBox popup) causes the items to not repaint properly. This happens both with the KDE-provided Breeze theme as well as the builtin Fusion style.
      It is perhaps a more widespread issue as also QMenu doesn't properly repaint reliably when moving between menus.

      Ran an application With QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO=2 and got the mentioned issues.
