[Windows Phone]: When querying QLocale::uiLanguages() it will not return what is expected

      [Windows Phone]: When querying QLocale::uiLanguages() it will not return what is expected.

      In a case where the phone is set as:

      Language: English
      Region: Switzerland, Regional Format: German (Switzerland)

      It returns German rather than English for uiLanguages().
