5.6 src: qtdeclarative binaries not generated to qtbase/lib

    Description

      Take Qt 5.6 src package generated 4.9.15 (http://ci-files02-hki.ci.local/packages/jenkins/enterprise/qt/5.6.0/81/src/single/). Used SHAs listed in attachment.
      Run configure: ./configure -confirm-license -commercial -nomake tests -nomake examples and 'make'
      -> build succeeds but there are no declarative binaries in qtbase/lib/, with Qt 5.5.1 package running same steps results (on linux):
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.la
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.prl
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.so
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.so.5.5.1
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.so.5.5
      qtbase/lib/libQt5Declarative.so.5
