QPrintPreviewWidget subclass crash on windows

    Description

      When subclassing QPrintPreviewWidget the application crashes if the user

      • selects the printer 'Microsoft XPS Document Writer'
      • clicks the Print button
      • and then clicks the Cancel button on the file dialog to choose the XPS file name

      The attached file Test.zip contains a minimal example application which triggers the error (in my environment at least).
      The application works correctly if compiled with Qt 5.4.
