QtWebEngineView is not included in build for macx-clang-32

      The isPlaformSupported function in qtwebengine/tools/qmake/mkspecs/features/functions.prf (line 17) tests for macx-clang but not macx-clang-32. Changing macx-clang to macx-clang* resolves the issue.

      With this change QtWebEngine builds and runs successfully on my system.
