[OS X 10.11 preview] QProcess::start() starts only once the external application

    Description

      With OS X 10.11 preview the attached test application which uses QProcess::start() launches the external application only once.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1)Press the button
      2)The calculator application is launched
      3)Close the calculator
      4)Press the push button again.
      5)Calculator application is not launching.

      The issue can't be reproduced on OS X 10.10.
