    Description

      Whenever a windows phone quick application build with the latest 5.5.1 package (160) is started, it immediately crashes with an uncaught exception (Unhandled exception at 0x67487743 (msvcr120d_app.dll) in packageTest.exe: Fatal program exit requested.)
