qtwebkit ignores the fontconfig's font substitution for downloaded fonts

      I have this in my fonts.conf:
      <edit name="family" mode="prepend_first" binding="strong">
      <string>Terminus</string>
      <string>Fixed</string>
      </edit>

      I go to https://www.nginx.com/resources/wiki/start/topics/examples/simplecgi/ and see it's being ignored: http://dump.bitcheese.net/files/omipofu/screenshot-qutebrowser-fontconfig.png
      I remove the substitution and see it's actually the same font but with antialiasing removed somehow: http://dump.bitcheese.net/files/enoceco/screenshot-qutebrowser-blurry.png
      Firefox gets it right.
