Steps:
1. Create project files for some example app with qmake -tp vc CONFIG+=windeployqt.
2. Open project in Visual Studio
3. Double click on Package.appxmanifest
Expected: Manifest designer launched.
Actual: Error stating that manifest editor cannot be opened.
Workaround:
Press: View manifest in XML editor and remove
<Dependencies> </Dependencies>
from tree.
