revert qt_functions.prf workarounds for Symbian

    Description

      Remove symbian{} specific code block which adds extra include paths from mkspecs/features/qt_functions.prf .
      These paths are only there to work around relative inclusion problem in Symbian build environment where a file including another file can't find it from the same directory.
