winrt: Exit from application does not unload camera

      Precondition: break point in QWinRTCameraControl::setState
      Steps:
      1. Run attached qml on windows phone
      2. Long press back button
      3. Close app from "x"
      Expected: camera would be completely unloaded
      Actual: Break point not reached.
