moveToThread test fails on some architectures

      In Debian, the tst_moveToThread test fails on some architectures (namely powerpc, arm, aarch64 and s390x) with the following error:

      FAIL!  : tst_QWebSocket::tst_moveToThread() Compared values are not the same
   Actual   (timer.isActive()): 1
   Expected (false)           : 0
   Loc: [tst_qwebsocket.cpp(671)]

      Liang Qi confirmed that these failures have been seen on Qt CI too.
