QKeySequenceEdit inconsistent behaviour

    Description

      If you press Shift+1 you will get !
      If you press Alt+Shift+1 you will get Alt+!
      If you press Ctrl+Shift+1 you will get Ctrl+Shift+!. I would expect Ctrl + ! here (or Ctrl+Shift+1, but in this situation all others should be changed too).
