Add a WKWebView implementation for QtWebView

      WKWebView is the cross-platform replacement for OS X's WebView and iOS's UIWebView. It's faster and Apple recommends it be used in place of the old ones.

      The WKWebView implementation should be used when running on iOS >= 8.0 and OS X >= 10.10.
