After an update from Qt 5.5.0 -> Qt 5.5.1 the documentation has not the files which are used by creating new documentations.

For example a qtcreator build package would be canceled by:

C:/qt/Docs/Qt-5.5/global/qt-html-templates-offline.qdocconf:2: error: Cannot open file 'C:/qt/Docs/Qt-5.5/global/html-config.qdocconf': No such file or directory
Cannot open file 'C:/qt/Docs/Qt-5.5/global/html-config.qdocconf': No such file or directory

can be fixed by extracting the content of the global.7z attachment at the installed location
