Qt5.6 linux offline: can't launch tools in gcc_64/bin

    Description

      qt-enterprise-linux-x64-5.6.0-beta_254.run

      Can not launch assistant, designer or other tools:
      "error while loading shared libraries: libicuil8n.so.54: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

      On mac and windows tools can be launched.
