Description
Currently, when a Qt Quick textfield is clicked – the cursor starts blinking in the center of the textfield without the background placeholder-text disappearing immediately, as it does in the QLineEdit. On occasion, when the field is center-aligned, the placeholder-text and the blinking cursor eclipse in such a way that that looks dissonant and irritating. Maybe there could be some bool to make the placeholder-text vanish immediately upon click-event?
