"Qt WebEngine" module misses dependency to Qt version

      If you select "Qt 5.6/Qt WebEngine" in the offline installer, but deselect the actual Qt version "Desktop gcc 64-bit", no Qt / QtWebEngine will be installed.

      I think Qt WebEngine and the other optional packages should have an explicit dependency to the core Qt binary package.
