Add Section Symbol at end of text flow to QTextOptions

      It would be useful to have a Section Symbol (U+00A7) displayed at the end of flow in a QTextDocument when either the QTextOption::ShowLineAndParagraphSeparators flag is set or a new flag so as not to change current display behaviour.
