When running a query on a connection which has been disconnected, there is no error

      Steps to reproduce / test case:

      Connect to a mysql database, shut down mysql, run a query. The query will fail, and lastError in QSqlQuery or QSqlDatabase will be set to NoError with an empty text string. Also, isOpen and isValid will both return true.
