Make QDataWidgetMapper respond to QAbstractItemModel::modelReset

    Description

      Widgets are not repopulated when a `QDataWidgetMapper's` model resets (when `QAbstractItemModel::modelReset` is emitted).

      From viewing `QDataWidgetMapper::setModel`, it appears that only `QAbstractItemModel::dataChanged` and `QObject::destroyed` are connected.
