Dead keys don't work on Qt5.5.1

      Hi,

      we recently got a few issues related to dead keys not working in textarea (plain). We got those reports from users using qTox compiled with Qt 5.4 and 5.5.1, here are links for reference:

      I saw this bug https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-28183 marked as closed in 5.1, but it's still reproducible.
