Symbian: Phonon MMF: Update video repositioning code to use global move event

At present, we plan to use an application-level event filter to capture move events and therefore determine when the absolute position of the video widget changes. (In development at the time of writing - see QTBUG-4787).

It would be much simpler if we could simply subscribe to a 'global move' event generated by the Qt framework itself.
