Overlay scrollbars on macOS are not drawn properly in HiDPI mode

      The gray bar within the scroller track is too wide at 2x scale, and too thin at 1x scale. This can easily be seen by comparing the visual appearance of TextEdit.app with the Qt textedit example moving between a 1x and 2x scale screen.
