[REG 5.4->5.5] Pressing Alt when menu is activated leaves the menu focused

    Description

      Press Alt+F, then Alt

      The File menu disappears (as it should), but it is still highlighted. Trying to activate it again doesn't work (even with the mouse).

      The menu cannot be deactivated by clicking it or by pressing Alt or Escape, even several times.

      The only way to activate the menu is by activating another menu (e.g. Alt+E).
