    Description

      Most likely due to 8c2ca33073f20e1fe552bd8b5f663aec5b8a634d, bootstrapped applications like uic get locale-dependent double conversions. This leads to uic misinterpreting the version of .ui files as invalid on locales that prefer the comma as decimal mark and building Qt Widgets will fail when converting qfiledialog.ui.
