Keyboard modifiers on DnD are usually NoModifier

    Description

      I sense this might be related to QTBUG-48795

      Attached is a minimal pob (proof of bug

      Out of ~20 attempts, I once managed to get "QFlags<Qt::KeyboardModifiers>(ControlModifier)" (while it was always held when releasing the mouse)

      This eg. affects modified DnD in dolphin (copy/move/link) and other clients.
